Channels And How To Install Them
Trading channels are a tool that can be used to determine the exact time to open a position. They mainly appear on the chart due to the Trend lines. This is basically the area between two parallel lines.
In total, there are three types of channels:
- Upward channel (defined by high highs and lows).
- Downward channel (shows low highs and lows).
- Lateral channel (each subsequent maximum and minimum are located approximately at the level of the previous one).
